Story of Sadhu and Vaisya

There was one sadhu (saint). He was very religious. Village that he was living in, there was one vaisya (prostitute). Everyday, sadhu would pass by vaisya's house after he finish with his morning activity.

One day vaisya asked sadhu that what is difference between your beard and dog's tail. Sadhu replied that he does not know the answer but he will give answer when he find out. Afterward, Vaisya started to ask sadhu whether he had found her answer or not, but sadhu would replied not yet.

Now, sadhu was getting older but he did not answered vaisya question. One day vaisya heard that sadhu was dying. So she went to see sadhu. With so many people gathered at sadhu's house. Sadhu called vaisya and told her that until now I have kept my beard as human beard, and not let it become dog's tail.

Moral: If one wants to become good person one must remain good through out their life.

while watching cricket with father, i was thinking that when one watch or play game, one must understand most or all the rules of game. Unfortunatly, many of us do not want to understand rules to play game of life set forth in manual for human (Upanishad, shastra, etc.)

God is nearest to near. Also, farthest to far. Letter is true for most of us. Most of time we feel God is far far away from us. One way to feel closer to God is to keep your mind occupied with is thoughts of God most of time, if not all the time. Memorizes few bhajans, stora, stuti, etc. Sing them out loud. Sing them in your thoughts. Oh, one more keep things. Keep favorite bhajans or something that you like easily accessible. We have been granted with cell phones, iPod, iTouch, even psp that hold pictures. Look into download sections for bhajans in pictures files. Enjoy.

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and popping it into our mouths. It's not that easy. It's important to know how and when to eat fruit.

What's the correct way to eat fruit?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER A MEAL! FRUIT SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

Eating fruit like that plays a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread, then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it's prevented from doing so.

In the meantime, the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

Eat your fruit on an empty stomach, or before your meal! You've heard people complain: Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat during my stomach bloats, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc. This will not happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. Fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas. Hence, you bloat!

There's no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruit becomes alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruit, you have the Secret of Beauty, Longevity, Health, Energy, Happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT the concentrated juice from the cans. Don't drink juice that has been heated. Don't eat cooked fruit; you don't get the nutrients at all. You get only the taste. Cooking destroys all of the vitamins.

Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit-fast to cleanse your body. Eat fruit and drink fruit juice for just 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends say how radiant you look!

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!

Drink water while in sitting position. Avoid drinking water while standing.
Do not drinking at end of meal. Wait 20-30 minutes then drink water.
Obviously, Room temp water.

* Drink 1 liter water after you wakeup. Make sure to not to wash mouth. While you are sleeping during night mouth would have little bit poison created. When you drink water that poison go in diffrent part of body and your body fight back and gives more imunity. While drinking water gently run your stomach in circle.

* Do "Uttkattasan" for 84 times. Sleep on you back. Bend both legs. Feet heel should be touching buttochs. Widen your both hand on side. Move both keens on left side of your body while looking at right hand. You should able to put knees on floor, if you can not progress slowly. Within months you shold be able to do. Now, Move both keens on right side of your body while looking at left hand. This is one "Uttkattasan". Do this 84 times. For first few weeks you may do it only 42 times and take it up to 84 times.

Other Notes:
* Very luke water would helps. Room temp would be just fine too.
* Keep water in copper container overnight if you can.
* If you can not do "Uttkattasan", walk for 10-15 minutes.

Title: Why Human shold not eat meat

If we catogorize vegitable and meat eater animals and notice few charactersits. Human has all those charcaters taht vegeitable eater animals has.
1. Meat eater teeth and nail are sharp, while vegitalble eater animal are not.
2. Meat eater animals nail grows from one limb while vegitable eater nail grows from split limb.
3. Meat eater animals do not swat while vegitable animals swat. Meat eater
4. Vegitable eater drink water with lips.
5. Vegitable eater have more sex than meat eater.
6. stomach would not hold raw meat.
7. Meat eater eyes glow.

All energy comes from plant, and from sun finally.

Gita-Dog eater??

Christinity mention cirtain kind of meat not allowed.

Animal meat thought may be getting inside meat and eventualy get inside human.

Brahmcharya
-Though rule to follow
-Bal Brahmcharya Very...Hard. Hanumanji is Bal Brahmcharya.

-Brahmcharya should be practice by merried couple for few days, few week, month etc. For me it is very hard. Max brahmcharya was observed by me is about 10 days or so.
-I strongly belived, If Brahmcharya is observed by unmerried person, that person will benefited quit lot.
-I failed to observed above in this life, but I should attempt my best to increase # of days in brahmcharya.
-Knowledge of Brahmcharya
